As the current General Manager of one of Furniture Mart’s largest locations, she combines her leadership expertise with her passion for helping clients create spaces they love.

She specializes in custom furniture and takes pride in curating unique pieces that reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind statement piece or a full home refresh, Bridgit’s thoughtful approach ensures each space is both beautiful and deeply personal.

As the Design Concierge at Billie Arthur Design Studio, Charlotte is the first point of connection in the studio’s elevated experience. With a background in the service industry and a natural eye for aesthetics, she brings warmth, attentiveness, and a thoughtful energy to every interaction. Whether welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, or preparing designer workspaces, Charlotte ensures the studio runs with a sense of ease and intention.

Passionate about interior design herself, she finds inspiration in midcentury forms and subtle, understated color palettes. Supporting the design team and assisting with vendor samples and presentations allows her to stay closely involved in the creative process while she continues to grow in the field. Outside the studio, Charlotte enjoys sewing and staying up to date on fashion trends—always drawn to the quiet details that make something truly special.
