Billie Arthur Design Studio began with a vision—and a void. Carolyn Hinks, a lifelong leader in the furniture and retail industries, recognized something missing in Sioux Falls and the surrounding region: a destination where luxury home furnishings and refined service could live under one roof. With decades of experience and deep ties to the community, Carolyn set out to create more than a furniture store. She wanted to build a space worthy of the area’s evolving design sensibilities—something elevated, personal, and entirely new.

Billie Arthur Design Studio is the result of that vision. Born from years of planning and a desire to bring intentional design to the forefront, the studio is a reflection of Carolyn’s commitment to excellence and her belief that a home should be as thoughtfully designed as the life lived within it.
